What is the Future of Renewable Energy Jobs Under Current Economic Condition?

In the current economic situation when many big countries are struggling to keep their GDP figures above 0%, considering investing in renewable energy infrastructure can be a debatable topic. In such situations, when governments in almost all the big countries are trying to reduce their debt by saving money through spending cuts, efficient investment in power generation through renewable energy resources can be a key to economic success. Private sectors may not be interested in investing in this sector at present when the world’s economic condition is doubtful. However, government is running some incentive schemes to encourage small scale private investments in the small area like solar and wind. These efforts alone can generate enough opportunities for renewable energy jobs in the current scenario where there is an acute shortage of jobs in the conventional job market. Also, some countries with higher GDP like India and China will continue to invest in renewable energy power. As the world economy starts improving, investment in renewable energy can definitely give a new direction for sustainable economy.
