Contemporary art is a type of art that is being practiced by artists in the age we currently live in. Most art teachers define this art to be the one which has been produced since the post World War II era. Thus, it is still being practiced by artists around the world and has become a part of our day-to-day lives. We find contemporary art everywhere in either print media or broadcast media; thus it shows how much this form of art has evolved in a short span of time. If we simply take the most pure form of contemporary art, then it would be the highly elegant paintings and sculptures that have been produced over the years.
